Psychotherapy can help you gain a deeper understanding of how you see yourself, engage with others, and handle stress and other life challenges.
My priority is to ensure that everyone, whether teens or adults, feel heard, safe, and respected. Using a client-centered approach, I tailor a variety of therapeutic interventions to each individual's unique needs. Together, we will set goals, identify personal strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward improving your overall mental health.

COUPLES COUNSELLING
My approach to couples counselling is to encourage each partner to explore core values and beliefs and to determine what it is that they want out of the relationship. The benefit of this type of therapy is to have a safe place to address unresolved conflict, lack of connection, and communication problems in order to find a path forward.
FAMILY THERAPY
I offer a safe place for families to express their feelings and explore how their behaviours impact the family unit. Together, we look at the how to’s of building a stronger relationship with one another.
PARENT COACHING
I offer parent coaching designed to equip parents with practical tools and strategies rooted in a deep understanding of child development. The goal is to empower parents with the confidence and skills to navigate the challenges of raising kids that is both research-based and tailored to their unique family dynamics.
