How long is each session, and how often should I come?

Individual, Couples and Family sessions last 60 minutes. The frequency of sessions depends on your specific needs, and we can discuss a plan that works best for you during the initial consultation.

Are your services confidential?

Yes, all my services are strictly confidential, and I take privacy very seriously. Information shared in therapy sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except in situations where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Do you offer online Or in Person sessions?

At this time, I only offer virtual sessions where access to services can take place from the comfort of your home.
